Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the global expert in selecting, integrating, and developing world-class leaders, is proud to announce the firm has hired Amie Rowe, Ph.D. as a senior consultant. Her first day with Vantage was May 3.

Rowe will work closely with Vantage’s clients to optimize individual leadership development as well as help management teams drive success. She will also work with clients on succession management, group facilitation, executive coaching, and executive assessment.
“Along with her passion for collaboration and helping others achieve their potential, Amie is an established trusted advisor to senior executives and the teams they lead,” said Keith Goudy, Managing Partner of Vantage Leadership Consulting. “She is an expert in the use of the Hogan Assessment suite and is another strong addition to our roster of second-to-none leadership, coaching, and performance practitioners.”
Prior to joining the Vantage team, Rowe held leadership positions with several large organizations, served as a consultant for three global management consulting firms, and founded her own successful independent practice. Her industry expertise includes healthcare, energy and utilities, consumer products, retail, financial services, non-profit organizations, and state governments. Rowe earned her doctorate and master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She also holds numerous professional certifications and affiliations, including the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School, and others.
Rowe’s hiring represents the sixth high-level personnel decision for Vantage Leadership Consulting in the last two years. In April, the firm named Beau River to the partnership group; Eileen Linnabery and Stefanie Mockler were promoted at the beginning of this year to Practice Leader, New Products for Client Success and Practice Leader, Leadership Development, respectively. Other recent additions include David Binkley, former Chief Human Resources Officer at Whirlpool, who was named a senior advisor to the firm in September 2019, and Mary Becker, formerly of Lee Hecht Harrison, who joined the Vantage network as Client Partner, Business Development in May 2020.
